Miller pleads guilty to three counts of attempted tampering

(Albuquerque) The trial of William "Bill" Miller ended before it ever reached opening statements. Jury selection was interrupted with a surprise development; a plea bargain. Mr. Miller pleaded guilty this morning to three misdemeanor counts of attempted tampering with evidence.
